European Machine Trading (EMT) is specialised in developing and producing blending and bagging equipment. Besides own products, EMT supplies equipment made by Doyle Manufacturing (USA). From the high number of machines (270), which are in operation over 30 countries, it appears that these machines are very popular.
This is not amazing, in view of the fact that all machines are made according to the customers wishes.
E.M.T. is established in the Netherlands, with a selling and service network of their equipment through representatives in other European countries. The machinery is adapted for the European market at E.M.T.'s facilities, where the machines are being produced and motors, weighing systems and electrical switch cupboards are being assembled. They maintain machinery in stock at all times to assure the customer a quick delivery.
EMT offers a wide range of bagging equipment. To handle 50 kg bags, EMT developed single and double units (with a capacity between 20 - 30 tph). For big bags EMT supplies the Basic, the Economic, the Junior and the High Speed (30-100 FIBCs ph.) The latest development in the field of bagging equipment is the Combi, which can process small as well as big bags with a speed of 60 tph.
The conveyor-belts, elevators, blenders and bagging lines have been built modular and are also delivered from stock. The machinery is being installed and adjusted by E.M.T.'s own mechanics. The weighing systems are manufactured in Europe and are being delivered according to European directives for weight and measures.
EMT can offer following Doyle products: the Shamrock, the Vertical, the Smithbuilt, the Kraus, and the Tyler Blender lines. Furthermore, EMT developed the Weighcont., a full automatic continuous blending system, based on weight info, which can be supplied with an unlimited number of hoppers. This unit can reach a capacity of 20 till 250 tons per hour.
All machinery meets the CE-requirements (Conformité Européenne) which applies to all European Union - and EVA countries.
Also a computer-software program, Optiblend, has been developed to calculate precisely the demanded analysis. At this moment, this software program is available in different languages to calculate a suitable blending.
